There isn't that much Initial D stuff out there, aside from the usual CD, DVD, and manga, for there wasn't a great huge demand nor opportunities for merchandising.

Sil-Eighty 1/24 Scale Model Kit: Mine is crudely made, and unpainted; I intend on getting it again, and re-doing it, with my new airbrush compressor.

Posters: There are two posters that I know of that were released for promotion of the upcoming Extra Stage. I own the first one, but I would love to get my hands on the second one.

There are two items that I know are out there, and I would do just about anything to get: the Taiyo R/C Sil-Eighty. The second is the t-shirt that was released with the actual DVD in Japan... I am assuming that those were a promotional give away with the first shipments of the DVDs, so I believe my chances of actually getting one are quite bleak.
