They\u2019re not actually closing shop, but they\u2019re doing something worse: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.philly.com\/philly\/blogs\/the-insider\/Chinks-Steaks-changing-its-name.html?mr=1&amp;submit=Vote&amp;200544091=Y&amp;oid=1&amp;pid=200544091&amp;cid=8500281\">changing their entire name and identity.<\/a> They\u2019re going from the obviously offensive, but without remorse or regretful name, with the gritty, blue-collar appearance of most Philadelphia businesses, to a teal-white-and-brown diner-esque identity that makes me cringe with discomfort at their caving to \u201cpopular\u201d opinion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lora; font-size: 12pt;\">The saddest thing is that I\u2019d never got to have a Chink\u2019s cheesesteak, and as it turns out, I never will.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lora; font-size: 12pt;\">R.I.P.
