Still no Frito-Lay truck or the sort that contains a great deal of what would be classified as side items.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lora; font-size: 12pt;\">First, we have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbs46.com\/story\/29314079\/beer-truck-overturns-closes-highway?autostart=true\">yet another beer truck crash<\/a> up in Cobb County, dumping its contents all over I-75. How it overturned, who really knows, but know that it happened while going in a straight line, so whatever it was, it was truly stupid. Ultimately, the reaction is \u201cno big deal,\u201d because we\u2019ve <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ajc.com\/news\/news\/local\/truck-wrecks-in-dekalb-spilling-cases-of-beer-onto\/ncykM\/?icmp=ajc_internallink_textlink_homepage\">already had a beer truck crash<\/a> in Atlanta within the last two years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lora; font-size: 12pt;\">The food truck crash story of the weekend however, is this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wsbtv.com\/news\/news\/local\/tractor-trailer-hauling-watermelons-overturns-noto\/nmbq9\/\">tractor truck full of watermelons dumping its contents<\/a> all over the highways. Given the location of said incident, and the contents of the tractor trailer, this is my knee jerk reaction:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lora; font-size: 12pt;\"><!--more--> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lora; font-size: 12pt;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"border-image alignnone wp-image-40627 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/totfc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/crash.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"490\" height=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/totfc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/crash.jpg 490w, https:\/\/totfc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/crash-300x159.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lora; font-size: 12pt;\">Yes, such is a tasteless joke, but it really is too easy to make. I mean really, 42,000 lbs. of watermelon, that\u2019s a whole lot of fucking watermelon. It would be a shame if such a truck were to y\u2019know, overturn, and dump its contents all over the place, and if some of it just so happened to disappear.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lora; font-size: 12pt;\">It really is amazing how dumb a lot of these tractor trailer drivers must be for this to happen with such frequency though. I mean, they can cry foul and claim that Atlanta interstate exchanges are too perilous and too dangerous, but really the onus is on them, and that they\u2019re frankly poor drivers, not slowing down enough to handle the turns that transport millions of drivers on a daily basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lora; font-size: 12pt;\">But until they improve, it\u2019s a veritable buffet, lost to Atlanta highways, on account of dumb truck drivers.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Big weekend for semis hauling food crashing on Atlanta area highways.
