Surprise of the century<\/a>: community concerned that a rap video by a \u201cred-hot Atlanta rapper\u201d going by the name \u201cYoung Thug\u201d is promoting violence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who would have imagined that a rapper going by the name of Young Thug**<\/em><\/strong> would produce a rap video that glorified violence?<\/span><\/p>\n

**I\u2019m pleasantly pleased to see that it\u2019s actually spelled \u201cYoung\u201d and not \u201cYung.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Who would have imagined that said rap video by said rapper would depict such activities like, robbing a bank?<\/span><\/p>\n

Who would have imagined that in said bank robbery, a security guard and \u201cat least three hostages\u201d would get shot?<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A funny thing about this article is that the East Point (where the video was shot) city spokesperson was more concerned over the fact that city logos and identifiers were included in the staged bank robbery, without appropriate permission, and not the fact that a gruesomely violently-staged bank robbery was orchestrated in East Point.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who would have guessed that Young Thug would be the type to disregard rules about unauthorized logo and identity portrayal in a rap video??<\/span><\/p>\n

Yeah, no shit that this is a concern over the type of image being shown for East Point.<\/span><\/p>\n

Man, it must suck to be 2 Chainz<\/em><\/strong>; for every step forward he takes for South Fulton County, he\u2019s got shitheads like Young Thug sending everything two steps back.<\/span><\/p>\n

EDIT<\/strong>: While googling for an image to use with this post, I recognized a photograph which made me realize that this isn\u2019t the first time I\u2019ve 1.)<\/em> written about Young Thug<\/a>, or 2.)<\/em> mused about refreshing it was about the spelling of his name.
