Diet \u2013 Day 4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"border-image alignnone wp-image-47766 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/totfc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/candystore.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/totfc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/candystore.jpg 510w, https:\/\/totfc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/candystore-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Man, I must sound like a real mess if just four days in, I\u2019m already talking about the things that I miss already, as if I\u2019ve gone to like the Vietnam War and am missing my wife and kid here.\u00a0 But of all the things that I miss consuming after four straight days where I\u2019m cumulatively still under 10,000 calories consumed, I would have to say that it would be sweet things.\u00a0 The flavor of sweetness, in general.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Although finding Dr. Nowzaradan\u2019s official diet isn\u2019t really possible, there\u2019s plenty of claims and speculative diet plans out there to realize that among them all, there\u2019s one consistent claim throughout them: no sweets.\u00a0 No sugar, most fruits aren\u2019t allowed because they have natural sugar, and the general idea is that sweet things trigger things in the brain that create cravings for unhealthy sweets, which gateways into ballooning up to 600 lbs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The funny thing is that I don\u2019t particularly feel that I have much of a sweet tooth, but far be it for me to not enjoy something sweet, multiple times a day prior to starting this stupid exercise.\u00a0 Be it the creamer for my coffee, the occasional Oreo(s), girl scout cookies, of just plain fruit like bananas, strawberries or peaches; apparently, I consumed more sweet-flavored things than I might have realized until I was in a position to where I couldn\u2019t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Like a true glutton, I\u2019ve already given thought to what I\u2019d like to eat once I give up this farce of a challenge, and stuff like Willy\u2019s burrito or Five Guys burger definitely are up there.\u00a0 But I\u2019ll be damned if I won\u2019t be craving some cookies or like a smoothie or just something with a sweet flavor, in addition to it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">However, day 4 didn\u2019t really go that difficult.\u00a0 I definitely feel it when my body begins to get really low on gas, but honestly once I eat my sparing meals, I\u2019m finding that I\u2019m feeling somewhat full from them, even if they do seem to burn quickly, seeing as it\u2019s fairly clean food.\u00a0 But the spacing between lunch-to-snack-to-dinner seemed somewhat organic, and I wasn\u2019t ready to run a train on something outside of the meal plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The only challenges really were when I was preparing smoothies for my daughter, and then dinner for my wife.\u00a0 The temptation to take a sip of a smoothie, or take just a single piece of chicken out of the oven was there, but my willpower is still stronger.\u00a0 The more I keep myself occupied, the less I tend to think about it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Breakfast<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/totfc.net\/?p=47762\">Same as Day 3<\/a><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Snack<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/totfc.net\/?p=47752\">Same as Day 1<\/a><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Lunch<\/strong> \u2013 Same as Day 1<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Snack<\/strong> \u2013 Same as Day 1<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Dinner<\/strong> \u2013 Same as Day 1<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Total<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">1,195 calories, 124.5 grams of protein.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Total cost: $9.29<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Exercise<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">80 sit-ups (40, 40)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">120 push-ups (20, 20, 50, 30)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Man, I must sound like a real mess if just four days in, I\u2019m already talking about the things that I miss already, as if I\u2019ve gone to like the Vietnam War and am missing my wife and kid here.\u00a0 But of all the things that I miss consuming after four straight days where I\u2019m &hellip; <a href=\"https:\/\/totfc.net\/?p=47765\" class=\"more-link\">Continue reading <span class=\"screen-reader-text\">My 600 Lb.
